The scope of the role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager for one of our direct clients. The Manager of BI will possess hands-on experience with Data Warehousing and BI solutions. The Manager will partner with various internal and external stakeholders across the business, IT, vendors, senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Establish and ensure the sustainment of Data Management, architecture, and governance framework.
- Create data management vision and its integration into the overall Enterprise business Strategy
- Drive the evolution of the data management practices
- Design, document and update the data management policies
- Act as a leader for database transformation project from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Guide the management of modeling, cleansing, enriching, integration, backup, retention and data delivery.
- Develop and Manage the BI team
- Train a and mentor the team regarding Data Management and BI principles
- Contribute to change management plan.
Education and Skills
- University degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with Data Warehousing and BI Solutions
- Must have experience leading teams
- Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills are required
- Certification in data management, Data Governance, and IT Governance is preferred
