This role is responsible for understanding the detailed nature of all problems in order to better execute in house solution strategies. This includes writing requirements (functional & technical) for system enhancements, creating/updating wireframes/prototypes, reviewing solution implementation and defining success goals for solutions user testing and design research but working with Product Experience.
Must have: experience using data analytics to define recommendations and creating traceable requirements and interface specs.
